I have been using sturdey balls with my clients. My clients have been using them so help with balance. In just little in 2 weeks not only have they been having fun but they feel more balance than ever.

I use them the way your video instructs but also have found it very useful to play catch with my wife. I can definitely see the progression of better hand eye coordination. The only problem I have is that our golden retrievers watch us and one the ball for themselves.
