Fun, challenging, and engaging

I bought this product to help my husband. I could use the practice too. So far, we have had a fun time learning to use the ball even when it gets away from us. Thanks for the great videos and tips.

Never received the exercises

Is there a special email address you use? I can't find anything from your company. The balls are interesting, but I would like to know what the recommended exercises are.

Something’s missing

I just received my balls. No instructions, no exercises, just the balls. Disappointing. Please send the instructions and exercises.

Great for therapy sessions!
