Why I started Sturdey...

I started Sturdey to make exercise fun & easy for seniors.

If you look at some of the healthiest 100 year olds, they are not going to the gym. Instead, they're socializing, walking, and moving around all day.

My company is based on the philosophy that physical training doesn't need to feel like exercise. It can be simple, fun, and social. It can seem like play, not work!

Yet... it can still be impactful. Our tools train your balance and brain at the same time!

A Kinesiologist on a Mission

I've always been passionate about empowering humans to live healthy lifestyles... while having fun!

After a few years of servicing in-home physical therapy to adults, I noticed a problem that I could fix.

As we age, our muscles and coordination begin to deteriorate. The only way to prevent it is to train it regularly. So, I designed the Sturdey reaction ball to help my clients train balance agility... They had so much fun using it!
