I use them the way your video instructs but also have found it very useful to play catch with my wife. I can definitely see the progression of better hand eye coordination. The only problem I have is that our golden retrievers watch us and one the ball for themselves.

A Kinesiologist on a Mission...

I've always been passionate about empowering humans to live healthy lifestyles... while having fun!

After a few years of servicing in-home physical therapy to adults, I noticed a problem that I could fix.
